Installation steps

(1). Rcftcr pic 3.confirm the host machine location at first,and on a basis of workbench regulate for horiziontal screw separately and suppress the host machine.

(2). Installation feeding convey device

The feeding shelf is fixed on the host machine with bolt and regulat screw and suppress location by adjust the both ends of feeding conveying device.The bottom of feeding tank should be horizontal with machine mesa.

(3). Installation feeding chain

Relax the left hand-wheel of the feeding convey device(see pic 2), then install parallel feeding chain, regulate the hand-wheel, enabie elasticity of the chain is appropriate.

(4). Linking wire of power supply.

This machine uses 220V single-phase, the electric of 50Hz, forbid joining 380V or other qualified power, Special attchtion to users. In order to guarantee security that linking should be finished by professional electric porsonnel. The plugs must use 1.5mm2 three core cables. correct connect battle line and ground wire.

Maintain and Keep

1. Clean and maintain per shift

(1). Must shut down power supply before cleaning and wiping machine. In order to grarantee that persons and machine are safe.

(2). Wipe workbench and surface of the machine by wet duster.

(3). Use constingent air to swept products chipping in feeding dcvice and terminal sealing place away.

(4). Use steel brush which are wipe with lube swept film chipping on terminal sealing knife.

Inspection and maintain per month.

1. Giving oil to the gear & the heel zip in the sentem according to the principle of wiping. Don’t give oil to the sending stripe and step stripe.
2. Give oil to peeite sealing gear.
3. To checl whether the zip and stripe is tight or loosem in the sending part, regular when necessary.
4. To check whether the screw and nut is loosen or tight when necessary.
5. To check the electric brush, wipc it when necessary.

Maintain & Keep per half-year.

1. To check sending strip & conveying belt, change it when broken, please replace when necessary.
2. To check the easy-damaged mechanism, replace in time.
3. To check whether the conveying parts is bad, or replace it.
4. To check the electric tie-in, clean the dust by suing the compress air cleaner.
